Free shipping on orders $35+

US orders of $35 or more ship free with standard shipping. Just pick "FREE Standard Shipping" at checkout.

Made to order

Every shirt and hoodie is printed just for you after you order. Printing usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery options (US)

Standard: usually 3–8 business days after your order ships.
Express (t-shirts only): delivered in about 1–2 business days after it ships. The Express price is shown at checkout.
International: usually 10–30 business days after your order ships, depending on the country.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons and carrier delays can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you live and what you order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

VIP Delivery

Yes, it's real-ish. If you choose VIP Delivery, Lelo will personally hand-deliver your order and take you to dinner and skydiving. It's subject to scheduling, travel, weather, and safety requirements (skydiving is done with a licensed operator, and you'll need to meet their age, health, and waiver requirements). If we can't make it happen, we'll refund the full VIP Delivery charge and ship your order free.

Split shipments

If you order more than one item, your items may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
